The registration fees cover the conference materials including bag, stationeries and Book of Abstracts. We are aware that some intending participants have already paid conference registration fees that are higher than those stated above. The issue will be handled administratively by the national secretariat. All new online registrations should use the above rates and the procedures specified in this final circular. All registered participants will be accredited, and badges issued to them after full payment of registration fees. Such badges should be worn at all times at the conference venue.
The “special edition of the Journal of Mining and Geology” which contains the accepted peer reviewed full-length articles will be available at the conference.
Payments can be made either by Bank Transfer, Bank Draft or Certified Cheques as well as by Cash at the Conference venue. All payments should be made in favour of:
